My consultancy work bridges research, strategy, and practice to help organizations navigate complexity and create meaningful impact. I work with institutions such as the New York–based Trust for Mutual Understanding, supporting cultural collaborations and cross-border co-creation, and contribute to green and child-friendly city initiatives with Budapest Municipality and Erzsébetváros Municipality. Across these roles, I design processes and strategies that foster participation, strengthen communities, and guide organisations toward more just and regenerative futures.
